At Least the Pay is Better
Oh, but I kid! My new job is not that bad, but I really do feel like I’m being hung out to dry most of the time. As I struggle to figure everything out, I’m finding that each production cell has its own quirks, and there’s no single way you can count on to get things running. Many times I’m just casting runes and Easter-egging to get the job done. “Keep mashing buttons till it goes,” one of the other techs informed me.
Thankfully, they are very understanding and patient, and the money is actually decent enough that I don’t mind having to teach myself through trial and error.
