Customer Disservice

When shopping in a brick and mortar store, I rarely require or desire the attention of the staff. I just want to get what I came in for and get out. I even find it a little annoying when I’m approached with a friendly “May I help you?” while taking time to consider my options from their selection of goods.

Of course when I do need help, they scatter like roaches in the light. When I finally do get a hold of someone, their anxiousness is palpable.

Small wonder I prefer online shopping now.
